Eileen Singer

Eileen M. Singer, 87, of Sellersville, died Monday, Feb. 7. She was the wife of nearly 50 years to the late Olin D. Singer. She was born in North Chinchilla, PA to the late Harry and Myrtle M. (Featherman) Shafer. She was a graduate of Nesbitt Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. For over 25 years, she was co-owner of Amanda Mae Smocking in Quakertown, PA where she designed and hand-crafted children's smocked clothing. She will be best remembered for her sense of humor, nurturing spirit, and accepting nature towards all. Surviving are daughters, Beth Hartman, husband Russ of Perkasie; Gail Woehr, husband John of Sellersville; sons, David, wife Carol of Perkasie; Bruce, wife Donna of Spring Mount; Jay, wife Debbie of Unadilla, NY; 15 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren. Services will be held 5:00 pm Friday, Feb. 11th at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church (Ridge Valley), 910 Allentown Rd., Sellersville, PA 18960. Call: 3:30-5:00 pm Friday in the church.
