Edwin F. Setzer, 83, of Sellersville, died Fri., Nov. 18th at Peter Becker Community in Harleysville. He was the beloved husband of Florence (Michaels) Setzer. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Russell and Aureta (Christman) Setzer. Ed was a longtime member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Philadelphia, serving as a church deacon and sexton. After serving in the US Navy during the Korean War, he worked in the mechanical engineering labs at Lehigh University, then spent 35 years as a carpenter for Kulla Kitchens. He was a strong, quiet man who lived a quiet life, and he was dedicated and steadfast in his love for his faith, his family and his job. With his wife, he is survived by son Donald Setzer and wife Donna of Hatfield; daughter Susan Setzer of Sellersville; grandchildren Chelsea Elizabeth, Paige Marie and husband Philip Cipolone, and Forrest Richard. Also survived by nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his faithful pup Winnie. Service will be held 11:00 AM Wed., Nov. 23rd, at Bethel Baptist Church, 754 E. Rockhill Rd., Sellersville. A visitation will precede the service from 10:00-11:00 AM. Interment in Woodland Cemetery.
