Edward Welsh

Edward H. "Shorty" Welsh, 75, of Sellersville, died Thurs., Dec. 28 in Grand View Hospital. He was the husband of Betty (Quinn) Welsh for the past 56 years. Born in Lansdale, he was a son of the late Edward J. and Helen (Houston) Welsh. He drove truck for over 52 years, originally working for different companies, and later as an independent operator, E.H. Welsh Trucking. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church of Upper Bucks, Quakertown. Surviving with his wife are his sons, John, wife Margie of Sellersville, David of Genesse, Edward, Jr., wife Becky of Quakertown; grandchildren Shellana, Shelby, Seth, Michael, Jonathan, Christopher, Nathaneal; great-granddaughter Cambrea; brother Charles, wife Dottie of Wellsboro; & sister Elaine Fink, husband James of Creamery. Funeral services will be held noon Tues. Jan. 2, 2018 in the Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown with a calling period from 10 am - noon.
