Donna Crouthamel

Donna J. (Debuque) Crouthamel, 77, a resident of Quakertown, PA, died peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, February 25, 2012. She was born on March 19, 1934, in Pemberville, Ohio. She was married to the late Dr. Montano Debuque. She remarried William H. Crouthamel and together they have eight children. Donna was employed by Grand View Medical Practice OB/GYN for 25 years. After retiring, she was able to follow her favorite passion - shopping. Donna was cherished for her humor, love and compassion. Survived by husband, William, and children, MaryAnn Bartholomew (Vic), Jeff Debuque (Mei), Laurie Debuque, Todd Debuque (Jenny), Chris Debuque (Amy), Leslie Osimo (Tony), David Crouthamel and Jamie Debuque (Bryn). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren. Services will be held at Penn Valley Church, 320 N. 3rd Street, Telford, PA, on March 3, 2012. Visitation with the family will be from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. The service will begin at 10:30 am. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in Donna's name to Grandview Hospital Hospice, 700 Lawn Ave, Sellersville, PA, 18960.
