Donald Diehl

Donald A. Diehl, 86, of Pennsburg, previously of Quakertown, passed peacefully at his home on September 30, 2022. He was born in Allentown on December 8, 1935 to the late Warren and Mary Diehl. He was the loving husband of the late D. Joy Diehl for 59 years until her passing in 2016. Donald was a US Navy Veteran and worked for Northrop Grumman until his retirement in 1995. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #512 in Quakertown and Quakertown United Methodist Church. He was an avid Phillies, Eagles, Penn State, and Flyers fan.

Donald is survived by his children David (Diane) Diehl, Sally (Scott) Schulberger, Deborah Diehl, Karen Diehl, Kevin (Sharon) Diehl, and Joanne (John) Barrett; 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sister Eileen VanAuken; and many other loving family and friends. He is predeceased by his wife; parents; daughter Susan Diehl; and great grandson Lincoln.

All are invited on Saturday, October 15 to Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown, PA 18951 for a viewing from 10am-12pm and a funeral service at 12pm. Interment at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Ambler, to follow. NaugleFCS.com.
