Donald L. Crouthamel, 70, of Richland Twp., died Wed., Feb. 8, at St. Luke's University Hospital in Bethlehem. He was the beloved husband of Paula (Thomas) Crouthamel for the past 45 years. Born in Quakertown, he was the son of the late Norman and Betty (Trumbore) Crouthamel. Don was an Army veteran with a quick sense of humor. He was passionate about restoring classic cars and drag racing, and he turned that love into a career. He also had a fascination for WWII airplanes and model building. Above all else, he loved his family and enjoyed spoiling his grandchildren. With his wife, he is survived by daughter Donel Brennan, husband Ray Jr.; son Donald Crouthamel, Jr., wife Leigh Anne; grandchildren Rachel and her husband, Devin Fowler, Kye, Cole, Sully, and Oscar; and sisters Carol Crouthamel, Linda Landis, husband William David, and Mary Crouthamel, husband Larry. A service will be held 11:00 AM on Sat., Feb. 18, at Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown. A calling hour will precede the service from 10:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment in Tohickon Union Cemetery.
