Dolores Siegrist

Dolores Diane (Murphy) Siegrist, age 81, died Friday, Jan. 3, 2020, at Nazareth Hospital, Philadelphia. Born Jan. 10, 1938, in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ella Elizabeth (Canning) Murphy, mom Midge Campbell, and the widow of the late Fred Siegrist. Dolores was employed as a nurse at John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital, in Philadelphia, for 25 years. In her private life, she was a member of the St. Cecelia's Seniors organization. Dolores loved America, Elvis Presley and Doo-wop music. Most of all, she adored her family. Especially her beloved grandsons. Dolores is survived by: children Penny,­ Kathy and Scott; grandsons Shea and Antonio; siblings Joe (Joan); Nancy (Paul); Peggy; Bill (Dee); her dear friend Anna; and many nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by: siblings Steven, Charles and Allison; son-in-law Walt; her brother-in-law Joe; and in-laws Harry and Kathryn Siegrist.
