Dolores Ewer

Dolores Pearl (Hoffman) Ewer, 84, of Quakertown, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2021 while in the care of LifeQuest Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late Kenneth A. Ewer, Sr. Born in Milford Township, on June 1, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Warren F. and Pearl (Mumbauer) Hoffman. Dolores was a member of Trinity Great Swamp U.C.C. of Spinnerstown. She found joy in raising her children, spending time with her grand and great-grandchildren; being outside in her garden with her cats, growing flowers, birdwatching, and walking in the woods. She created with an artist's eye for beauty in the home, garden, landscape and floral arrangements. Her oil paintings, handmade cards and drawings are treasured by her family. Dolores and Ken enjoyed going out dancing and supporting local Veteran's clubs and fundraisers, as well as traveling to yearly reunions for the Third Infantry Division. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Kenneth A. Ewer Jr., wife Deb of Quakertown, Annette D. Ewer, wife Kathleen of San Antonio, TX, Eric H. Ewer, wife Lisa of Quakertown and Rebecca M. Fenner, husband Ralph of Bethlehem, grandchildren: Kenneth A. III, Craig, Christopher, great-grandchildren: Caitlin, Britney, Daniel and Izmyel, and brother Donald Hoffman, wife Nancy. She was predeceased by siblings: Alfred and Harold. You are invited to visit Dolores's family and friends on Monday, May 24, 2021 from 10:00-11:00 AM at the Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Road, Quakertown, PA 18951. Her funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will be held at Trinity Great Swamp U.C.C. Cemetery in Spinnerstown.
