David Weaver, Sr.

David Paul Weaver, Sr., age 75, died Sunday, April 28, 2019 in Middlebury Center, PA. Born December 6, 1943 in Quakertown, he was the son of the late Ralph and Wanda (Siatkowski) Weaver, and the beloved husband of Kim (Hnyda) Weaver, with whom he shared his life for over 37 years at the time of his passing. David worked for 47 years at Perkasie Industries, serving as distribution manager. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, golfing, camping and fishing as a member of numerous organizations, including the North Penn Gun Club, D&D Hunting Club, Unami Fish & Game, Trumbauersville Betterment & Social Club, and Loyal Order of Moose Lodge. As well, he was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, in Richlandtown. Most of all, he was a doting husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose greatest passion was his loving family, including his two golden retrievers, Brandi and Lexi. In addition to his wife, David is survived by: daughters Marci Taggart (husband Timothy), Cris Brauchle (husband Matt), and Cheri Unger (husband Frank); son David Weaver, Jr.; 9 grandchildren Kayla Benson, Courtney Sanchez, Timothy Taggart, Brittany Weaver, Dylan Weaver, Kirstin Unger, Austin Brauchle, Lauryn Unger, and Madison Unger; 2 great-grandchildren Scarlet Sanchez, and Tobias Sanchez; and brothers Robert Weaver (wife Sandra), and Randall Weaver (wife Deborah). Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown. Calling hours will be at the funeral home from 9:00 AM until the time of services. Interment will be private and at the discretion of the family.
