Cynthia Perlzak

Cynthia J. Perlzak, 61, of Nazareth, died Saturday, July 28 in Lifequest Nursing Center, Quakertown. She was the wife of John R. Perlzak. Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Patricia Beveridge. Surviving with husband; brother, Bruce Beveridge, Forked River, NJ; sister, Pat Wolf-Qinones, Easton. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
