Charles Weighknecht

Charles N. Weighknecht, 71, of New Ringgold, previously of Perkasie, died Sat., July 9, at St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown. He was the beloved husband of Barbara (Fie) Weighknecht for the past 50 years. Born in Quakertown, he was a son of the late Charles A. and Eleanor (Nyce) Weighknecht. Charles was a family man who loved his grandchildren above all else. He enjoyed dirt car racing and NASCAR, catching every Flyers game, and hunting. With his wife, Charles is survived by sons Brian Weighknecht and Rodney Weighknecht and wife Cathy, both of New Ringgold; daughter Christine Stumhofer and husband Frank of Strausstown; grandchildren Brittany Stauffer, Brandon Stauffer, Michael Stumhofer, and Shyann Weighknecht; and sisters Sandy Koehler and husband Donny Hennessee of Daytona Beach, FL and Linda Fuchs and husband Joseph of Quakertown. Services will be held on Friday, July 22 from 2pm - 6pm at the Trumbauersville Betterment Social Club, 2000 Oak Drive, Trumbauersville, PA 18970.
