Bradford Scott Krenitsky, 17, Quakertown died Thurs., Aug. 12 in children's Hospital of Philadelphia after a courageous and optimistic battle with cancer. He believed he would 'beat this' and someday wanted to become a pediatrician so he might help other young people battling similar challenges. He would have joined the senior class at Quakertown High School this fall. Born in Doylestown, he was a son of Donald E., Jr. and Deborah (Rheam) Krenitsky. He was a positive and giving young man who enjoyed making his friends laugh via his quick wit. An avid gamer, he had a passion for video games and computers. As a youth, he participated in the Quakertown Youth Baseball program a number of years. Surviving with his parents, are a brother, Donald E., III, paternal grandparents Donald E., Sr. and Helen Krenitsky of Perkasie, maternal grandmother, Caroline Dorothy Souder, Telford, maternal step-grandfather, Merritt Souder, Perkasie, and numerous loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. A service of Sharing Memories for Bradford will be held Wed. Aug. 18, 11 AM at the Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown. Interment will be in Quakertown Union Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home Tues. Aug 17, 7 - 9 PM and Wed. 10 - 11 AM. In lieu of other memorials, the family requests contributions to Katie's Krusaders, P O Box 252, Doylestown, Pa 18901 to aide other young people in their fight against cancer.
