Alexander W. Bomento, 82, of Quakertown, died Wed. Mar. 18th. He was the husband of Jeanette (Abbonizio) Bomento for 49 years. He worked for the former Alan Wood Steel, Conshohocken for 11 years and the former Pilling Medical Instruments, Ft. Washington for 10 years prior to his retirement. Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Anthony and Mary (Speranza) Bomento. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was stationed in American Occupied Germany. He was a member of St. Isidore's Catholic Church, Quakertown. He dearly loved his God, his church, and his wife Jeanette. Surviving with his wife are his loving family, brothers-in-law Joseph Abbonizio and Fred Abbonizio; sister-in-law, Rose Spiegle; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Anthony Jr. and sisters, Florence Gallo and Eleanor Twaron. Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 AM Wed. Mar. 25th at St. Isidore's Catholic Church, 2545 W.
